About Me

I am a registered psychologist with over 30 years’ experience working in the fields of trauma, child development, and relational healing. My work has spanned private practice, community settings, and multidisciplinary care, supporting individuals, couples, families, and children across the lifespan.

At the core of my practice is trauma-informed, relational psychotherapy. I work with complex trauma, PTSD, developmental trauma, grief and loss, attachment wounds, and the long-term impact of early childhood experiences. I have a particular interest in how unprocessed trauma is carried in the body, relationships, and nervous system, and how healing occurs through safety and attunement.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship distress, life transitions,  and intergenerational trauma. My couples work focuses on emotional safety, communication, attachment dynamics, and repairing rupture with care and honesty. I also have extensive experience in perinatal mental health, parenting, and child and adolescent therapy.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from psychodynamic psychotherapy, person-centred and existential approaches, CBT where appropriate, positive psychology, and somatic awareness. Alongside evidence-based psychology, I respectfully integrate mind–body and energy-based practices for clients who are open to this, always within ethical and professional boundaries.

I am deeply committed to creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgemental — particularly for those who have experienced trauma, persecution, displacement, or cultural and collective loss. I believe healing happens through relationship, compassion, and the restoration of dignity and agency.

I currently practise in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and via telehealth, and  also welcome working with members of the community seeking trauma-informed, culturally sensitive psychological care.
